Our B&B had a good German Brekky for us this morning.
We rode out of town around 9am.

The track today took us out of the gorge and into a wide agricultural valley. We were always south of the river, with only a few short stretches along the riverbank. It followed a mix of quiet country roads and surfaced field paths.

It’s only 36kms to our next town today so we just dawdled along.
Listening to some Marshall Mathers.

There was a small town along the way that had a museum on an old Roman settlement. We got to the bottom of the hill and it was a 600metre ride straight up.

Theres that voice again – the voice said “f*#% the ruins…”
We always have a laugh trying to set the phone up for a time delay shot.
Into Riedlingen just after lunch – here is our apartment.
The parking spot for the bikes was 2 minutes away back over the bridge (in a display window- go figure🤔)
This was the old fire station – now a museum.
Full of old fire trucks.
Hmmmmm. If your house caught fire – you’re in trouble me thinks.
The church and gateway to the city.
And went to another museum.
Which had this picture of the church and gateway ‘back in the day’.
Me with The three little pigs.

We had a nice relaxing afternoon, then out for dinner (schnitzels👌🏻) before watching a movie.

Oh, it was my birthday today!🎉 21.🎂
